A juvenile was detained after an alleged assault on Saturday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at 5:00 p.m. the 16-year old male allegedly became irate when the victim refused to buy him an Xbox game pass. The teen reportedly punched the victim in the face, causing her ears to ring. She also had swelling and tenderness on her cheek, three hours after the event. The report said the suspect also allegedly bit another victim in the arm when they tried to restrain him. Officers responded to the 2400 block of West Luellen Street.

The juvenile was charged with 4th degree felony assault and for harassment. He was held at Juvenile Detention.
