A Roseburg man was cited for driving while suspended after being contacted on Thursday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 3:30 p.m. an officer contacted the suspect in the 500 block of Northeast Rifle Range Road regarding a previous case. The man denied driving from that case and claimed the investigating officer, along with his passenger, was lying.

The suspect was cited for driving while suspended-misdemeanor. He was released with the officer’s probable cause.
