A Roseburg man was cited for offensive littering and for a warrant on Wednesday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 9:00 p.m. an officer contacted the 21-year old in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway, and had probable cause to cite him. The suspect refused to provide his real name until he was detained in handcuffs. Once he provided his name, the warrant was located.

He was transported to Douglas County Corrections where he was booked and released, and then given a citation.
