A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at about 10:30 a.m. a deputy was dispatched to an incident in the 400 block of Char in Green. The 29-year old had allegedly pushed one victim into another victim before pinning the first victim down in a chair. The second victim then allegedly grabbed an axe handle and hit the suspect which made him let go of the other victim.

The report said the suspect then went outside and the other two people locked the door. The suspect then broke out the window, causing about $600 in damage. The suspect had allegedly previously broken about $100 worth of items in the backyard. The man had a no contact order against the first victim.
