A Roseburg man was cited in an alleged trespass incident by Roseburg Police on Sunday.
An RPD report said at 10:30 p.m. officers contacted the 46-year old in the 2700 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway because he refused to leave when asked to by security. The suspect was allegedly standing by a pile of garbage on the ground, which he started to light on fire. The report said the man refused to clean up the garbage when asked to do so.
The suspect was cited for second-degree criminal trespass and for offensive littering. He was released on the scene.
