A fugitive was cited by Roseburg Police following an alleged Thursday incident.

An RPD report said just 9:30 a.m. an officer contacted the 67-year Tenmile man after it was reported that he was being disruptive at Fred Meyer in the 900 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The officer learned the man had a warrant for his arrest out of Curry County.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, he was cited and released on the scene.
