A Hillsboro man was arrested following an alleged trespass incident on Wednesday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 10:50 p.m. officers responded to a business in the 3100 block of Northwest Aviation Drive. An employee reported the 33-year old suspect was refusing to leave and requested that he be evicted. The man allegedly continued to refuse to leave and fought with officers when they tried to take him into custody.

The man was eventually detained. Charges included resisting arrest, second-degree counts of criminal mischief and trespass, and for harassment.
