A woman was jailed for alleged harassment by Roseburg Police on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 11:45 p.m. the suspect was involved in a disturbance in the 1000 block of Southeast Mill Street. During the investigation, she tried to walk away and had to be forced to the ground. She allegedly spat on an officer’s leg. The woman did not live at the home but knew one of the residents, who wanted her to leave.

The report said all parties were extremely intoxicated.

Bail for the 36-year old was set at $50,000.
