A Roseburg man was cited after being locked inside a building early Wednesday.

A Roseburg Police report said just before 4:30 a.m. officers responded to a man locked inside of the Harvard Medical Park in the 1800 block of West Harvard Avenue. The 44-year old was contacted in the front lobby where he told officers than an unknown person told him the passcode for the side door. The suspect said he let himself in to watch television, because he was cold.

The report said the door locked behind the man and he was unable to get out. A responsible person from the business was notified, and let the suspect out. He was cited for second-degree criminal mischief, before being released.
