One man was jailed and one was cited following an alleged incident on Saturday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 4:30 a.m. a victim reported a suspect violated a no contact order by walking into her residence in the 1000 block of Southeast Rice Avenue. The suspect and another man left the residence but were located a few blocks away. Both were detained and each were allegedly found in possession of over one gram of heroin. 36-year old Jason Kottke was charged with unlawful possession of heroin, for violation of a release agreement and for multiple warrants out of Coos County. He was detained on $137,500 bail.

The other man was cited for unlawful possession of heroin and was released on the scene.
