FINAL DAY FOR CHRISTMAS TREE RECYCLING

Monday is the final day to recycle Christmas trees, thanks to Roseburg Disposal.

Trees can be taken to these locations, where they will eventually be turned into mulch:

*Legion Field on Northwest Stewart Parkway

*Northwest Kline Street in front of Hucrest School

*Corner of Northwest Calkins and Northwest Jefferson

*Totem Market on Northeast Stephens in Winchester

*Sherm’s Thunderbird parking lot on Northwest Stewart Parkway

*Kowloon Restaurant on Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard

*Former Umpqua Auction location on Northeast Stephens Street

*Rose Street by the former Safeway store

*Redeemer’s Fellowship in the former cinema parking lot on West Harvard Avenue

*Gaddis Park on Northwest Highland Street

Only trees are being accepted. No ornaments, flocking, lights, plastic bags, metal stands or other refuse can be dropped off. Trees can be picked up for $15 at homes and offices. They must be cut into 4 feet or shorter lengths for pickup. Contact Roseburg Disposal for more information.
