A female transient was cited for offensive littering by Roseburg Police on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 1:30 p.m. the 45-year old was contacted at the Roseburg Tennis Center on Northwest Stewart Parkway after a caller said she was acting disorderly. There was a large amount of rubbish strewn all over her camping area in an un-used office.

The report said this is the 4th time the suspect had been cited for littering at that location, since November.
