A truck driver was hurt when he lost control of his semi early Monday.

An Oregon State Police report said at about 3:20 a.m. the driver lost control due to snowy conditions. The wreck took place in the southbound direction between the Green and Clarks Branch exit of Interstate 5. The commercial motor vehicle struck the concrete barrier and sustained significant damage. The semi leaked approximately 150 gallons of diesel onto the roadway. Hazmat was notified by the Oregon Department of Transportation.

The driver was taken to CHI Mercy Medical Center for treatment. His vehicle was towed from the scene.
