A juvenile driver was cited in a Smart car versus Cadillac wreck on Tuesday.

A Roseburg Police report said just after 1:00 p.m. the second vehicle was westbound, in the left lane, in the 1100 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The first vehicle was stopped at the entrance to a shopping area, waiting to turn left onto Garden Valley.

The report said another vehicle stopped and waved the driver of the Smart car in. That driver didn’t see the Cadillac and drove into its passenger side, during the left turn into the middle lane. The first vehicle had front end damage while the second sedan had a dent in the door.

Both vehicles were driven from the scene. The driver who caused the accident was cited for failure to yield before entering a highway.
