Roseburg Police jailed a man in an alleged disorderly conduct incident on Tuesday.

A RPD report said just before 11:15 p.m. a 31-year old was called in for walking into traffic in the 2800 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. When the officer arrived on the scene, the suspect was in the middle of the road and had trashed scattered everywhere.

The report said the man admitted to tipping over and throwing trash cans in a nearby parking lot and throwing the contents into the street.

The suspect was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct and for offensive littering. He was taken into custody.
