COVID-19 has claimed 25 more lives, raising the state’s death toll to 5,559, as of Tuesday.
An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 999 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, bringing the state total to 408,069.
OHA said the number of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 across Oregon is 338, which is 14 fewer than on Monday. There are 85 COVID-19 patients in intensive care unit beds, which is 16 fewer than on Monday.
The new cases include:
*197 in Multnomah County
*114 in Marion County
*105 in Washington County
*84 in Clackamas County
