Deputies with the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office jailed a man for an alleged trespass and burglary incident on Sunday.
A DCSO report said at about 5:45 p.m. a deputy was dispatched to a report of a subject trespassing who had gone inside 2 RV’s on the company’s property in the 12,000 block of North Umpqua Highway, east of Roseburg.
38-year old Michael Warner was located, and he admitted to going onto the property. The keys from one of the RV’s were allegedly found in the suspect’s pocket. They had reportedly been inside the vehicle.
Warner was charged with second-degree counts of trespass and burglary and for third-degree theft. Bail was set at $52,500.
