A Winston woman was jailed for an alleged past burglary, on Friday.
A Roseburg Police report said officers had conducted an investigation into a burglary at a home in the 1600 block of Northwest Moore, in August of 2020. Evidence at the scene indicated that 34-year old Autumn Slater had burglarized the home of a family member. That evidence was recently confirmed and Slater was contacted at about 9:00 p.m. and taken into custody.
Charges included first and second-degree counts of burglary, first-degree theft, criminal mischief in the first-degree and for unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle. Slater was held on $406,250 bail.
