Two people were jailed in an alleged harassment incident on Thursday.
A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report said just after 9:30 a.m. a man and a woman both reported they had been attacked in the 100 block of T Marie Lane in Myrtle Creek. They had injuries consistent with their stories.
Based on the injuries and the stories being slightly different, they were each jailed for harassment. A charge of strangulation was added for the woman and her bail was set at $8,750. The man was also charged with fourth-degree assault and was held on $8,000 bail.
