A Roseburg man was cited for an alleged trespass incident on Monday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at 5:30 a.m. officers responded to the 100 block of Northeast West Avenue. The 34-year old was told to leave the property several times, but refused. He was contacted at Gaddis Park where he was cited for criminal trespass in the first and second-degree.

He was released after the citation was issued.
