Roseburg Police arrested a man after an alleged disturbance early Thursday.

The RPD report said at about 3:00 a.m. the 45-year old was cited for second-degree criminal mischief after allegedly damaging a phone that did not belong to him, in the 1700 block of Southeast Mill Street.

The suspect was released after the citation was issued.
