Roseburg Police cited a man following alleged disorderly conduct incidents on Wednesday.

An RPD report said about 9:50 p.m. multiple citizens were alarmed by the 47-year old’s alleged violent, tumultuous conduct. The report said this began with his careless driving and culminating with his yelling for a weapon, throwing a trash can and screaming in a threatening manner. The suspect was cited for second-degree disorderly conduct in the 400 block of Southeast Rose. He was released to his family.
