Roseburg Police jailed a man after recovering a stolen vehicle on Tuesday.

Information from RPD said at 6:00 a.m. 61-year old Gary Bafford was contacted in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway. Bafford was charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, possession of a stolen vehicle, unlawful possession of a short-barreled shotgun, first-degree criminal mischief, reckless endangering, reckless driving, and for being a felon in possession of a firearm. Bail was set at $312,500.
