Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged assault incident on Monday.

An RPD report said at 7:30 p.m. the 34-year old was charged after an investigation into an assault in the 300 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The suspect was charged with fourth-degree assault. Bail was set at $6,250.
