Roseburg Police cited a man for alleged harassment on Friday.

An RPD report said the 34-year old was developed as a suspect after an investigation into harassment and vandalism at T-Mart in the 1500 block of West Harvard. The suspect was cited and released for harassment and third-degree criminal mischief at 6:40 p.m.
