Wet road conditions led to a wreck on Interstate 5 on Wednesday night.
A report from Oregon State Police said at 6:10 p.m. a sedan was northbound at Rice Hill when the driver lost control. The vehicle left its lane of travel and struck the concrete median barrier before coming to rest on the right-hand shoulder of the roadway. The sedan’s airbags were deployed.
The driver, a 26-year old man from Eugene was issued a warning for failure to drive within a lane. Heavy rain was reported in the area around the time of the crash.
