The Umpqua Valley Wine Growers have the first Taste of Umpqua on Sunday in Eugene.

Those attending can taste wines from 11 Umpqua Valley wineries and sample tasty appetizers as well. Wine will also be available for purchase by the glass or bottle. Varietals that can be tasted include Grenache, Malbec, Pinot Noir, Riesling, Tempranillo and many more.

The event will take place at Venue 252 on Lawrence Street.

Two sessions are available – from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. or from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Tickets are $55 per person, for up to 3 tastes per winery. Tickets will also be available at the door.
