A Roseburg man was cited following an alleged theft incident on Tuesday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 4:40 p.m. an officer contacted the 45-year old in the 700 block of Southeast Oak Street after learning there was probable cause to arrest him for second-degree theft following an incident at a nearby business.

The suspect was cited and then released.
