Dr. Gregory Brigham, CEO of Adapt Integrated Health Care, has been awarded the Innovation and Leadership in Transformation Award from the Oregon Primary Care Association.

A release said the award was presented during the OPCA Annual Awards of Excellence meeting in September.

The award recognizes Dr. Brigham for his commitment to expanding access to care for low income and medically underserved populations, his insight and innovation to achieve primary care and behavioral health integration and his work to advance local, state and national cooperation to support equitable access to care.
