A Roseburg man was jailed in alleged menacing incident by Roseburg Police on Friday.

An RPD report said at just after 10:30 p.m. an investigation revealed that a man’s drunken tirade consisted of throwing and breaking items in a clear attempt to place a victim in fear of serious injury, and risked a serious injury in the process. This incident took place in the 400 block of Northeast Rifle Range Road.

The 50-year old was jailed for menacing and recklessly endangering another person. Bail was set at $12,500.
