A fugitive was jailed after a reported trespass incident on Monday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 12:30 p.m. an officer contacted a 27-year old man at the Roseburg Value Inn, in the 500 block of Southeast Stephens, when he was allegedly refusing to leave at his check out time.

The man was not compliant and continued to refuse to leave. He was eventually taken into custody. The suspect had a serviceable warrant out of Coos County. He was cited for the warrant and jailed for second-degree criminal trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.
