Roseburg Police cited a man following a crash in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard on Thursday.

An RPD report said just before 11:50 a.m. the 58-year old was in the parking lot of a business waiting to turn westbound onto Garden Valley. The man looked to his left and saw no cars so made the right turn and crashed into the front passenger side quarter panel of an SUV by the entrance of another business. The second driver said she was in the final stages of her turn and honked but the first driver never looked her way and the wreck happened.

The man was cited for failure to yield before entering a highway. The vehicle hit had to be towed from the scene.
