61 more people have received new positive test results for COVID-19 in Douglas County and 1 more is presumptive, as of Monday.

The Douglas County COVID-19 update covered information between Saturday and Monday.

The update said the total number of cases is now at 11,637. Of those, 11,296 are people that have received positive test results and 341 are presumptive. 42 Douglas County COVID-19 patients are hospitalized, 26 locally and 16 outside the area including 1 that has been transferred out of state. 5 COVID positive patients are in the Intensive Care Unit and 3 are in the Progressive Care Unit. 39 out of the 42 patients are not fully vaccinated.
