COVID-19 has claimed 24 more lives, raising the state’s death toll to 3,815, as of Friday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 1,686 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, bringing the state total to 331,709.

OHA said the number of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 across Oregon is 792, which is 24 fewer than on Thursday. There are 223 COVID-19 patients in intensive care unit beds, which is 8 fewer than on Thursday.

*96 in Klamath County

*81 in Linn County

*74 in Yamhill County

*72 in Jackson County

*60 in Umatilla County

*35 in Douglas County

*33 in Coos County

*29 in Benton County

*26 each in Columbia and Malheur counties

*21 in Wasco County

*18 in Lincoln County

*15 in Union County

*14 each in Hood River, Jefferson and Lake counties

*13 in Baker County

*12 in Clatsop County

*10 in Morrow County

*6 in Tillamook County

*5 in Curry County

*4 in Wallowa County

*1 in Sherman County

The new deaths ranged in age from 47 to 93.
