A Roseburg man was jailed in an alleged trespass incident on Sunday.
A Roseburg Police report said at 8:00 p.m. an employee at Anderson Place Market on West Harvard called to report a belligerent male was outside the store refusing to leave. An officer asked the man to leave several times and he refused. The suspect had been arrested earlier in the day and had been released from jail a couple of hours earlier.
The man was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and for a parole violation. He was detained without bail.
