The Douglas County Public Works Department via contractor Knife River has begun performing road construction work on Old Highway 99 South between Brockway Road and Northeast Dole Road near Winston.

Road repair work will require periodic lane closures along the construction route during day light hours only. Public Works will provide reader boards with advance warning notices for drivers.
