Roseburg Police cited a woman for littering near a waterway on Wednesday.

An RPD report said at 8:50 a.m. the 37-year old was camped out under the Fowler Street Bridge in the 200 block of Southeast Fowler. The area had just been cleaned out two weeks ago by a work crew. There was a large amount of trash allegedly found around the woman’s tent, which was about 20 feet from the waterway.

The woman was released after the citation was issued.
