A Roseburg woman was cited on multiple counts after being contacted near the dog park on Monday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 8:00 a.m. an officer saw the woman camping in the 100 block of Southeast Templin in the same location where her camp had just been cleaned up on Friday. The report said the woman did not have her dog on a leash. She was also allegedly smoking a cigarette inside the park area.

The 49-year old was cited for a warrant, a dog leash law violation, a park rules violation for smoking, and for littering near a waterway. She was released after the citations were issued.
