A Roseburg man was jailed for alleged disorderly conduct on Monday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 4:25 a.m. officers responded to the intersection of Northeast Stephens and Northeast Caskey Court for a report that a man was blocking a semi-truck in the middle of the road. The 40-year old was held on $2,500 bail.
