Roseburg Police cited a man for alleged criminal mischief on Wednesday.

An RPD report said just before 11:00 p.m. officers observed the 60-year old man drawing on the walls of the downtown parking structure with a sharpie. The report said the suspect had previously been given an exclusion notice for the downtown enhanced law enforcement area and was trespassed until December. The man also had a warrant from Roseburg Municipal Court and an unworked warrant through the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office.

The report said the man was cited and released for the warrants and offenses.
