On Monday, Roseburg Police charged a man with felony strangulation.

An RPD report said at 11:00 a.m. 30-year old Robert Flores was contacted in the 900 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The report said an officer had probable cause to charge Flores for an incident that allegedly occurred on Sunday night.

Bail was set at $50,000. No further information was released by RPD.
