A Roseburg man was jailed for fourth-degree felony assault, by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.

An RPD report said just after 4:10 p.m. three men were involved in a disturbance in the 900 block of West Elaine. During the argument, a 30-year old allegedly broke out the window of 27-year old’s Tevin Shaw’s vehicle. That man reportedly punched the first man in the face, causing his teeth to come out. The report said the incident took place in front of children.

Shaw was held on $50,000 bail. The other man was cited for second-degree criminal mischief and then was released.
