The American Red Cross will have a blood drive in Roseburg on Wednesday July 28th and appointments are available.

The event will run from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the News Review/Brooke Communications building on Northeast Winchester. Advance appointments are needed and can be made by going to www.redcrossblood.org and using the sponsor code: newsreview.
