52.4 percent of county residents age 16 and older have been vaccinated for COVID-19, according to the Douglas County COVID-19 Response Team.

That means, as of Monday, that 49,706 residents have received at least their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine. 1,173 new vaccination doses were given since last week, for residents age 12 and older. The update said an adjustment of 981 doses was made to county vaccine numbers to account for historical data from March and April that the state has allowed tribal offices to enter into the state data. DCCRT said it is adding doses given by the Roseburg VA Health Care Center and Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians to the state reported numbers, as the state is not including most of those in their total weekly percentage.
