Lower Umpqua Hospital will host another COVID-19 vaccination appointment only clinic at Reedsport Community Center on Thursday.

It will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. for residents age 12 and older. Youth ages 12-14 will need to have a parental consent form but parents or guardians do not have to be present at vaccination time. To schedule an appointment, call 541-271-2175.
