A Roseburg man was jailed following alleged menacing incidents on Tuesday.

A Roseburg Police report said 38-year old Edward Green was asked by two employees to leave a store in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard just after 10:00 a.m., due to past incidents.

The report said in response Green allegedly screamed threats at the two females as he walked away, including a specific threat to take the manager’s phone and strike her with it if she called the police. The man was found nearby, using an empty wheelchair as a push cart.

Charges included two counts of menacing and for second-degree criminal trespass. Green was held on $13,750 bail.
