Two teens were cited for first degree theft after allegedly stealing a wheelchair on Thursday.

Information from Roseburg Police said at about 3:30 p.m. the two males, both age 16, reportedly drove to CHI Mercy Medical Center in a pickup. One of the teens allegedly went inside the hospital and took the wheelchair, which was valued at over $1,000. The other juvenile drove away after the wheelchair was loaded into the vehicle.

The wheelchair was later recovered and the teens were cited and released to their parents.
