Roseburg Police jailed a man following a reported harassment incident early Thursday.

An RPD report said at 12:50 a.m. officers responded to the 2500 block of Northeast Stephens for an alleged fight between two men. 30-year old Robert Flores was charged with second-degree counts of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass, harassment and for a parole violation.

Flores was held without bail.
