COVID-19 has claimed 21 more lives, raising the state’s death toll to 2,660, as of Thursday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 433 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, bringing the state total to 200,210. The new cases include:

*64 in Multnomah County

*54 in Marion County

*50 in Clackamas County

*41 in Deschutes County

*38 in Washington County

*24 in Douglas County

*23 in Linn County

*22 in Jackson County

*17 each in Lane and Umatilla counties

*14 in Yamhill County

*13 in Klamath County

*12 in Josephine County

*8 in Columbia County

*5 in Morrow County

*4 each in Coos, Crook Malheur and Polk counties

*3 each in Benton and Josephine counties

*2 each in Baker and Harney counties

*1 each in Clatsop, Hood River, Tillamook, Union and Wasco counties.

OHA said the number of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 across Oregon is 256, which is 17 fewer than on Wednesday. There are 68 COVID-19 patients in intensive care unit beds, which is 9 fewer than on Wednesday.

OHA reported that 29,611 new doses of COVID-19 vaccinations were added to the state immunization registry. Of that total, 16,348 doses were administered on Wednesday. 13,263 were administered on previous days but were entered into the vaccine registry on Wednesday.
