COVID-19 has claimed 11 more lives, raising the state’s death toll to 2,639, as of Wednesday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 399 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, bringing the state total to 199,784. The new cases include:

*60 in Clackamas County

*58 in Multnomah County

*43 in Marion County

*38 in Deschutes County

*29 in Jackson County

*28 in Washington County

*24 in Lane County

*20 in Douglas County

*18 in Linn County

*13 in Josephine County

*11 in Benton County

*9 in Klamath County

*6 in Umatilla County

*5 in Yamhill County

*4 each in Columbia, Harney and Jefferson counties

*3 each in Baker, Crook and Wasco counties

*2 each in Curry, Morrow and Polk counties

*1 each in Coos, Lake, Lincoln and Tillamook counties

OHA said the number of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 in Oregon is 273, which is 1 fewer than on Tuesday. There are 77 COVID-19 patients in intensive care unit beds, which is 2 more than on Tuesday.

OHA reported that 27,555 new doses of COVID-19 vaccinations were added to the state immunization registry. Of that total, 14,792 doses were administered on Tuesday. 12,583 were administered on previous days but were entered into the vaccine registry on Tuesday.
